I obtained this free e-book from Amazon and I am voluntarily writing a review. I really enjoyed this story until almost the end and then I was strongly ticked off. I do not want to spoil the story but I was insulted that the author would have you believe someone could be so blindly forgiving without any reservations. I felt the ending was rushed and not well developed.

Aaron and Brandy had a connection from the very beginning. He was so sweet to her after her accident, you thought they would be happy. Aaron's abrupt move to China was to weird and heartbreaking . They he comes running back after leaving Brandy heartbroken. I feel like the bottom is going to fall out at any time . I don't trust Aaron his whole story is not out. Brandy should be a stronger women, she just welcomes him back after he left with another woman. Stupid!
Aaron & Brandy's story is a good one.
Brandy meets Aaron at a fundraiser that she's at with Gabby. Brandy didn't know Gabby had a brother. Brandy is attracted to him but brothers are off limits so she thinks. He's a player and she wants no part in that but her heart feels differently.
They get to know each other and she asks for his help to figure out who sent her things and who is texting her.
She gets in an accident and he is by her side the whole while at the hospital and during her recovery.
Brandy is really falling for him but he gets scared and runs.
It ends good and looking forward to Lilly's story.
Beautifully written...another believable love story that doesn't make love seem like this wonderful yet unattainable thing. The book does start out basically where the first did which confused me at first, but I must say ultimately I am happy the author choose to do it that way. So that we the readers weren't left wondering how, Brandy and Aaron even got together. You are also given a little jolt out of paradise by the sudden departure of Aaron and while yes you might for a while want to strangle him you will ultimately love him for doing what a lot of men don't have the guts to do. That's to return for the woman he loves and can't live without admitting to her the mistakes he made in leaving her and asking for forgiveness.

You are also introduced to the girls' other best friend Lily a little more, which allows the author to further introduce at the end of this book the basis for the third book. Which involves Gabby and Brandy finding Lily's one true love and high school sweetheart!!!! Bring on Beyond Reason(book 3 of the Beyond Love series)
I want to state up front that I'm a total Karice Bolton fan - I love all of her books. This book was fantastic. It is the second in the Beyond Love Series. One of the things I liked was it wasn't just a continuation of book 1, a good part of the story ran in parallel with the timeline of book 1 so we were seeing what Brandy was up to while we already knew what Gabby was going through. I really enjoyed it and I enjoyed that we found out how things went after the little cliff hanger we were give at the end of book 1. I really did like Brandy & Aaron and I'm looking forward to having all of the characters back in the next installment and finding out more about Lily and her mystery man!
This is a story of Brandy and Aaron. It is a stand a lone book and you don't have to read Jason and Gabby's story but I do think it enhanced my experience to have read the first book. There were a few grammatical errors but on the whole the book was very well written and the timelines seemed to flow well. I always enjoy a little or a lot of mystery intertwined in a love story and this series appears to have that special element. There are love scenes but she doesn't go overboard in every tiny detail. It is just right! This was an excellent summer read and was hard to put down.
Started reading this at 6 this morning and haven't been able to put it down.Karice Bolton does it again. Putting you right in the characters seat.What a roller coaster ride!You will see things through Brandy's eyes and emotions.You feel her joys & pains & regrets.You feel her love for the family and friends & her desire to live. Then you have Aaron the brother of her bf Gabby. Who is a knock out and sure of himself. He has achieved a lot of issue's from his past and wants to move one. Brandy and Aaron try to make a go of their feelings that both are having for one another. But.... Bring your tissues and your coffee or wine to your comfy spot and enjoy the ride Karice Bolton has in store..

Their love has so many ups and downs, it kept me on edge, when they broke up I felt so sorry for her and really angry with him. When Aaron told Brandy he was going to China for 1 to 3 years, and was leaving tomorrow, she lost her composure and then started packing her things to move to her moms house. When Aaron came home that night he brought his Chinese interpreter with him, her name was Cheri and she was a beautiful young woman. Brandy felt like her heart was breaking and went to her car to leave, Cheri calls his name from the porch of his house, and he yells back "be there in a minute,babe, just seeing off my guest" I wanted to strangle him, It hurt me that he so easily gave Brandy the "brush off". Brandy shed a river of tears over this man and he has the gall to insult her like that! This is a good book, full of tears but also happy times, and a little mystery. I would recommend this for any one. This book also has a good ending for Gabby and Jason, and a beginning for Lily.
